王从丽,女,研究员,博士生导师,农田有害生物控制学科组学科带头人。长期从事植物寄生线虫和植物互作的研究,主要在分子和遗传水平上研究线虫的致病机制和植物的抗病机制。在国际期刊上发表了20余篇SCI文章和专著章节,内容涉及到线虫学、病理学、遗传学、基因组学、生态学、植物学、分子生物学和分子育种等交叉学科。目前工作主要是以线虫和植物互作为基础致力于研究: I线虫对寄主植物早期预寄生阶段的行为反应及其机制,参与早期互作的线虫基因和植物基因的鉴定,通过比较孢囊线虫和根结线虫对寄主识别反应的差异建立线虫和植物早期互作模型;II大豆孢囊线虫生理小种的遗传多样性研究以及相关的线虫致病基因和植物抗病基因的鉴定;III植物对线虫的防御反应和遗传抗病机制; IV 植物寄生线虫的生物防治。总体研究目标是探索植物寄生线虫和寄主互作复杂的生物学关系,形成以理论为基础的综合防治策略。
